A lender's pre-approval tells you what you can spend and shows sellers you're ready. If you need a lender, I can suggest local ones.

Search and tour
I search the Georgia MLS for homes that fit and set up showings around your schedule.

Make an offer
We decide price and terms together from recent comparable sales, and I negotiate on your behalf.

Inspection to closing
Inspections, appraisal, and closing deadlines. Wright and I keep track of every date so nothing slips.
